Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be not be downloaded or a refund request must be made.
Refund requests must be submitted within one month of your purchase and are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Compromised Resource File- A resource file is damaged or is missing content.
- Misrepresentation- A resource preview and/or description misrepresents what is actually contained in the resource. (Requests are subject to review)
Duplicate Purchase— You purchase the same resource twice.
- File Download Status— You purchased a resource but never downloaded the file.
If your purchase meets these guidelines, you can submit a refund request. As part of your request, be sure to include the resource name, your concerns about the resource, and any specific examples or details you might have. Thank you.
